Interlude Home, based in Christiansburg, Virginia is well known in the industry for its extensive collection of upholstery fabrics, home furnishings, and accessories. It’s amalgamation with Weiman, a long entrusted brand in furniture manufacturing has catapulted Interlude as a quality upscale custom furniture brand.
In the early aughts, Interlude Home launched the Customer’s Own Material (COM) and Customer’s Own Leather (COL) programs. Through COM and COL, clients and their designers provide their own (sourced abroad) material for custom upholstered sets and pieces. The choices a client has within the Interlude Home portfolio are unlimited and unique to the industry.
Cabinets & Chests
The diverse Cabinets & Chests collections have a unit to suit any taste or room concept. Interlude offers custom furniture collections ranging from bedside, dressers, cabinets and chests, and accessories.
The classic Livia Small Bedside Chest is tres chic with faux linen covering and antique brassfinishing. The Livia is made from wood, faux linen, and metal. Finishes are available in Caribbean sand or antique brass. The Montaigne Bedside Chest is a sleek, rectangular interpretation of the bedside stand with light gray faux linen covering and an antique brass metal pull.
We adore the Art Deco-inspired Gaspard Large Bedside Chest, mounted on a metal base and wrapped in natural sisal with a central carved wooden pull. Finishes are available in latte, high gloss navy, and antique brass. The Gaspard measures 30″h X 30″w X 19″d.
Dining / Bar / Counter
The Ivy barstool is wrapped in luxurious Interlude custom fabric on a hardwood, interlocking frame with unidirectional web seating suspension. The Ivy measures 20″w x 23″d x 43″h (Bar) and 20″w x 23″d x 38″h (Counter).
The Darcy Collection offers several seating options from glam luxe to modern sleek. The Darcy Chair is a playful mix of plush and sophisticated with long curly sheepskin upholstery. Available in blush or ivory color options with ivory or antique bronze finish.
The Darcy Counter Stool is made with natural hide seating that has variations in color and tone. The frame is offered in finishes of antique bronze, or natural gray. The Darcy Counter Stool measures 22″w x 19″d x 40″h (Bar) or 22″w x 19″d x 35″h (Counter).
Alternatively, for the more contemporary aesthetic, the Darcy Dining Chair features luxurious leather seating on a stainless-steel metal frame. Offered in finishes of antique bronze or horizon gray. The Darcy Dining Chair measures 29h x 23w x 19d ah – 28sh – 19″.
Quick Ship Upholstery
The Interlude Home Quick Ship Upholstery program offers select styles of luxury bed frames, sectionals, sofas, and seating. All are custom and shipped within 2 weeks. Next, new for 2020, the Quadrant Queen Bed. It’s a classic streamlined silhouette that is upholstered in a variety of faux-linen and luxe chenille fabrics in nude or gray tones. The Quadrant Queen Bed measures 67.5″w x 90″d x 60.5″h x 11″sh.
Reminiscent of a Brancusi sculpture, the playful spiral of the Isabella Swivel Chair is stylish lounge seating that is guaranteed to be a conversation starter. Also available is the Isabella Swivel Chair Left. Both styles are available in faux linen or luxe chenille upholstery options. The Isabella Swivel measures 35″d x 35″h x 30″ah x 29”sd x 24″sh 18″.
Another gem in lounge seating is the Art Deco inspired Targa Chair; designed with one fluid U-shaped back and arm rest that connects at the base. The Targa Chair measures 32″w x 31″d x 29″h x 26″ah x 23″sd x 19″sh.
Finally, from the sectionals category; there is the Capri Left Chaise 3-Piece Sectional. An Art Decor contemporary twist piece with an elliptical curve back rest. The Capri is also available as a Right Chaise 3 Piece Sectional. Both come in either faux linen or luxe chenille upholstery options. The Capri Chaise measures 142″w x 68″d x 35″h x 30″sd.
Home Accessories
Interlude Home offers four distinctive home accessories categories: decorative boxes, candle holders, mirrors, and objects.
The Cato Box can add a beautiful finishing touch to an end table or credenza. Inlaid with natural bone in a classic vertical pattern, each Cato Box has variations in color and no two are like.
Do you fancy the Ava Candle stands series? These metal pieces of art mount on an elegantly twisted acrylic base. Each set makes a lovely dining centerpiece. Available in clear or smoke acrylic with finishes in shiny brass or brushed nickel.
Lastly, the Como Series of decorative mirrors comes in a classic oval silhouette. Available in a faux linen and mirror finish. From the Objets series there are a plethora of accent and decorative pieces. The Faye Sphere Sculptures is a trio of sculptural accents; crafted in aluminum with a dusk patina and gold finish.
